For so long we have focused on the health of our body and the health of our mind.  And while our attention on these areas are extremely important it is equally important, if not more, that we begin focusing on the health of our spirit as well.

Since Spirit energy is the force behind everything, it’s important that this energy is kept flowing in and throughout our mental, emotional and physical bodies. Often this energy flow becomes blocked and different areas in our lives begin to suffer because of it. Finances start to dry up, relationships start to sour, physical pains start forming in weird places, and things just stop lining up like they used to. To keep a healthy flow of spirit energy at a steady current we must keep our channels tuned into the universe.

Keeping our channels tuned into the universe is to be ready to pick up (receive) all of what the universe is transmitting. The universe is constantly communicating with us by intuitive winks or synchronized events. Even a message from a song on the radio, a billboard, or license plate can be a sign that the universe is trying to tell us something. But if our minds are distracted from the present then most likely our channels are not tuned into the Universal Station.  Our channels, however, are never really closed. Often we're just tuned into other stations of the matrix like the latest news update of a natural or man-made catastrophe.

In our society, what doesn’t pertain to the five senses is often an afterthought. But as so many now are desiring to know and understand more beyond the five senses, we are coming to realize that it is essential that we nurture our spirit in order to achieve balance in every aspect of our lives.

So, how do you know if your spirit is healthy?

Since spirit is intangible, to find out its health we will need to use our feelings as a gauge. Here is a 10 question quiz to discover how healthy your spirit is.

I regularly seek out several minutes of quiet time either in the morning or evening to nurture my spirit.
When I'm given gut impulses to do or not to do something I usually listen to them.
When I notice myself feeling sad or depressed I look to my own inner being for inspiration.
Generally I think about or envision how I truly want my life to turn out.
I can feel when I need to nurture my spirit, and I know exactly how to do it.
When I ask or pray for something to happen, I never go into action mode immediately to make it happen. I first practice being still and wait for inspired action.
I try to be relaxed when things don't look like they're going my way. I try to look at the bigger picture and see what's happening as a means to keeping me safe and as a step to achieving what I want.
I listen to my heart most of the time and direct my life from there.
When I feel uncomfortable in a place or around a person I generally stay to keep from hurting the person's feelings.
I realize that in order to have a healthy spirit I must relinquish all guilt and fear.

Hi, I’m Flower75! And it’s time I introduce myself. My biggest passions in life are learning and sharing. So, I do hope that you find what I’m sharing with you of great use and of great inspiration,. Thanks for slowing down a bit to read.

There is no doubt that right now our world and all of humanity is in need of a desperate energy shift. If you’ve landed on this page, you most likely know what is meant by the terms “energy shift”. But if you are not yet familiar with them you can learn a little about such terms like energy, frequency and vibration by reading “How To Achieve Your Dreams And Goals” or “Journey Into The World Of Healing Energy Frequency“.

Every day we are bombarded with bad news and if we allow it, all of that bad news can put wear and tear on our emotional and mental bodies. And all too often we forget that we do have more power and control over our own lives and the condition of the world than what we truly realize.

For the dreamers who know their power and choose to use their amazing strengths to channel into reality a more loving, tolerant and peaceful world, let us all stay encouraged to continue being the much needed conduit for its creation.

Raising and maintaining your own individual vibration isn’t easy, so here are 5 useful tips to help make the task a little less daunting:

Stay focused on your initial goal. Most of us who have been in the scene of vibration work knows how difficult it can sometimes be to stay focused on the bigger picture. Just like anyone, you can quickly get pulled into the drama without even realizing it. And before you know it, you’ve gone through the day not quite being present because you’ve fumed through most of it about what happened earlier. Yes, it definitely happens. Even to the best of us. And so what. You just keep on going by:

  1. Laughing. Yes, laugh at yourself. And please, for the love of all that’s right see all of your flaws and laugh at those too! Because if you’re not laughing then you’re not growing. You can see life for what it really is, and that’s to grow and expand from the contrast. Or, you can remain in the murky confusion of it all and choose to live only a life of reaction.

2. Get naturally high with natureWhew! I love nature! It can show you so much about yourself and how the inner workings of the world should operate. Nature is so still and so quiet yet it get things done! If you want to get things done in your life, make it a point to be out in nature often. You will be so amazed at the new ideas and solutions that will just freely flow to you.

3.  There’s nothing like a good mantra during a good meditation. Mantras have been around for more years than we can count and have been around for very good reasons, and that is to shift our minds from dwelling on the crappy stuff and onto the good stuff. While meditating, you can choose to sit in silence or you can chant loudly or softly old school mantras like, “Om Namah Shivaya” (I send my adorations to Shiva) or “Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti” (I call on peace). Or, you can chant your own mantras like, “Everything is always working out for me and the world” or “I am healthy everyday and in every way”. Mantras are affirmations and have always been used to help shift our thinking, to shifting our behavior,  and to ultimately shifting our world.

4. Reduce your carbon footprint as much as you can. It’s hard to change bad habits but in order to create a better world we have to. In order to successfully change old habits we must replace them with new ones. This will prevent slipping back into old habits again and so  quickly. Once you’ve dug the hole and removed the dead plant from it, plant a new one in its place. Soon you’ll have the new thought pattern taking root then the new behavior will start to bud, and the new lifestyle begins to spread like wild flowers.

 5. Let your words be as sweet as honey. Remember when our parents use to tell us “if you can’t say nothing nice then don’t say nothing at all”? How true, how true, how true! If we could keep that reminder on file and ready for use at all times we would have such wonderful encounters. Most importantly we would get so much done because we would be out of everybody else’s business and more into our own. Proverbs 18:21 mentions “the tongue has the power of life and death…”  What we say is always a choice.

I was never really big on meditating in the traditional sense, sitting in a lotus position with eyes closed and breathing in and out ever so slowly. Meditating came in the form of me sitting up in bed upon waking and simply just pondering on how I intended my day to unfold. In the evening, it was reflecting on how my day went. In either case, I was being quiet and still.

For a lot of people, it’s difficult being quiet and still. There’s something about silence and inaction that makes humans feel uncomfortable for some reason. Perhaps we’ve grown accustomed to constant stimulation and maybe anything less than constant makes us feel lifeless. Or, perhaps it’s something else altogether. The fact is, we humans do everything in our power to drown out the silence to keep from forming any intimate relationship with ourselves.

Silence truly is golden. In a research study at the Harvard Medical School, it was discovered that, in people who practiced relaxation techniques like meditation, tai chi, and yoga, more genes that fight off diseases are far more active compared to those who do not practice any form of relaxation. What was even more interesting was finding that the inactive genes in the other group were switched on after a daily relaxation program was put into place. Basically, how we manage our stress is a big part in the health maintenance of our bodies.

London’s BodyMind Medicine Centre hypnotherapist, Jake Toby, said, “that after teaching the control group how to induce the relaxation effect, after two months, their bodies began to change: the genes that help fight inflammation, kill diseased cells and protect the body from cancer all began to switch on.
