*One i-Coaching Session is measured in a .50 hour block (30 minute session). Once you’ve contacted your i-Coach, please allow a 24-hour time frame for your i-Coach to respond. Now that you’ve upgraded, you can schedule your appointments one at a time or for the entire month! You control when you pay. Please select the desired dates and times that you wish to schedule for your i-Coaching sessions. Once you’ve submitted your information, you will receive an email confirming that your appointment has been set.
